The problem
confusing and complicated user facing tools and documents; lenghty processes causing extra effort.
The solution
review existing user facing documents and create simple – to use solutions, that improves client satisfaction and reduces effort of client and employees.
Example:
In order to learn shipping rates, the user should have used a document with 30 separate tables.
Now they can use a simple calculator, where they only need to enter the country, the weight and the size of the package.
