How to fix the visibility of calls, if no development is possible
the Problem:
at Scandinavian we were provided with call queue monitor tool, which allowed us to see call queue on first 20 lines. Agents could be assigned up to 50 lines, while there were around a hundred in total. The client`s requirement was not to miss any calls within first 20 seconds. No development was possible
The Solution:
Suggested to highlight the line, where single call appears and it is not attached. The line would be displayed at the top of the list, in bright yellow with red text. The solution was simple, yet effective
